DezoCraft Network is run by Dezo Entertainment based in the UK so all servers are in the EU region with store prices being displayed in "GBP (Pound Sterling)" but can be changed to display other prices*

Currencies we display vary and may change at any time, we accept most currencies but you pay in GBP and/or USD in some/most cases*

 

Here on the DezoCraft Network we welcome all ages and believe our players should remain safe at all times whilst online, DezoCraft Owners and staff will never ask for any bank card and/or PayPal details and any other related details, if you think a member of our staff team is doing this, report it to the owners here: Private Support Ticket Creation or on our Discord server here: DezoCraft Network Discord Server

 

If you are a player who is under the age of 18 please ask for parent/guardian permission before making a purchase on our network, we will not ask for ID, so if you get asked for ID, please ignore and report it.

 

REFUND POLICY:

Because of EU and UK laws for digital related purchases under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015, the customer (As in person(s) who made the purchase) have the rights to a refund within 14 days and do not have to state a reason, but it must be in the following conditions stated below:

- Items must be unused (Including but not limited to "Crate Keys", in game weapons, in game currency such as Crystals)
- Kits unused (Kits are a series of items you can obtain through a command, these items are not randomly generated nor luck based)

Do not chargeback as this will ban you from the network until paid back.

We will refund in the cases of (If gone over 14 days, but however keep in mind we hold the right to deny your refund request if we see this as an abuse to our system):

- Purchase didn't work

If the purchase doesn't work, we will in some cases refund it and if possible grant it free at a later date, this isn't a promise we will grant it free, depends on how big the issue is and if it was something on our side.

 

- My child made a purchase without permission

We are sorry your child made a purchase without permission, we can offer refunds if this happens, if the item is used (Such as crate keys, kits claimed from ranks, kits claimed from a purchase and so on) we may not offer a refund, but we can issue a ban on the store to prevent this in the future, if you want this store ban lifted from your child, request it in the purchase support ticket.

 

- Purchase isn't what I expected

Here at DezoCraft we find it important you know what you are buying, and if we failed to give this information accurately, it is our job to make it right! In some cases we will refund it and take back the item you purchased, we can do this if the item isn't used (Such as crate keys, kits claimed from ranks, kits claimed from a purchase and so on) but we won't always refund it if we feel this system is being abused and may limit you on future refunds. If you bought crate keys on the wrong server on our network we will not refund it in this case but you can ask us to move it elsewhere for you if they aren't used.

These terms are different than the Tebex Store terms, both these terms and Tebex terms apply when using our store, what we have put is more what we recommend and would like to be followed for the safety of our players, however these terms MUST be followed on the new DezoCraft Network Store which is at the following link and is not connected with Tebex in anyway: https://dezocraft.craftingstore.net
